Customer Acceptance- Duty of Disclosure
We will ask, or will have asked various questions of you through the quote process, it is up to you to give honest and complete answers.
You are obliged to Answer these questions for yourself or any one else covered by the Policy. If you breach your duty of disclosure, or Fraud is involved we may cancel the Policy, refuse a claim or reduce the amount we pay of the claim. Motor Vehicle or Motorcycle Policy New Zealand.
Declaration- I declare and agree that:
The vehicle proposed for insurance is not otherwise insured.
The sum insured represents the full market value with allowance of accessories.
I agree to accept the motor vehicle or motorcycle policy subject to the terms and conditions.
I authorize you to give or obtain from other parties any information relating to insurance held by me or any claim made by me.
